Industrial Components
The parts that sit inside other people’s machines — engineered for the duty cycle they will actually see, not for a catalogue rating.

Development and manufacture
A component supplier that only knows its own part tends to over-rate it. Our applications engineers ask for the duty cycle, the medium, the temperature range and the failure consequence before recommending anything, because a seal that is right for intermittent service at sixty degrees is wrong for continuous service at a hundred and forty. Where the honest answer is a different material or a different valve, that is the answer given.
Machining, hardening, grinding, moulding and assembly are ours, and every pressure-carrying part is tested before it ships rather than sampled. Endurance testing runs in our own laboratory on the customer’s cycle, so the life figure quoted is one we have observed rather than one interpolated from a standard.
Product scope
Hydraulic valves
Directional, pressure relief, sequence and flow control valves in cartridge and subplate form to ISO 4401 interfaces.
Pneumatic cylinders and actuators
ISO 15552 and compact cylinders in bores from 32 to 200 mm, plus rotary actuators and rodless designs.
Seals
O-rings, oil seals, rod and piston seals and wipers in NBR, HNBR, FKM, EPDM and PTFE compounds, moulded and machined.
Couplings and locking assemblies
Jaw, disc and gear couplings plus keyless locking assemblies and shrink discs to DIN 7190.
Heavy-duty swivel casters
Cast iron, polyurethane and nylon casters with sealed swivel raceways and directional locks, rated to 800 kg per wheel.
Engineered plastic gears
Injection-moulded and machined gears in POM, PA66 and PEEK, with metal inserts where torque demands it.
Filter cartridges
Hydraulic, coolant and process filter elements in glass fibre and cellulose media, with rated beta ratios and collapse pressures.
Held in production
What the line holds, and how we know.
These are figures sustained across a production run rather than a best-case first article, each with the instrument or test that produces it.
| Characteristic | Held in production | Verified by |
|---|---|---|
| Hydraulic valve working pressure | to 350 bar | Hydrostatic test, every unit |
| Internal leakage | ≤ 10 ml/min at rated pressure | Flow bench, sampled per lot |
| Cylinder endurance | ≥ 5000 km stroke travel | Endurance rig at rated load |
| Seal service range | −30 °C to +200 °C by compound | Compression set and TR10 testing |
| Locking assembly transmissible torque | to design value +10% | Slip test on sampled sets |
| Filtration efficiency | β200 at rated micron size | Multipass test to ISO 16889 |

Programmes often cross these lines. Where a part touches more than one of them, a single engineer owns the whole thing rather than handing it between departments.

An engineer from the industrial components team replies within one business day with feasibility, the line it would run on, the tooling route and an indicative delivered cost.
