Development and manufacture
Our machine engineering starts with the product, not the machine. A free-flowing granule, a stringy sauce and a fine hygroscopic powder need three different dosing principles, so the first thing we ask for is a sample. We run it on a test rig in Suzhou, measure the fill variation we can actually achieve, and only then quote a machine. Where the product turns out to need an auger rather than the volumetric cups a customer expected, we say so before anything is built.
Frames are cut, welded and machined here; control cabinets are wired and tested here; and every line is fully assembled and run for at least forty-eight hours on the customer’s own film and product before it is dismantled for shipping. Factory acceptance testing happens with the buyer present or on a witnessed video link, against a signed protocol agreed at order.
Product scope
Automatic fillers
Volumetric cup, piston, auger and net-weigh fillers for powders, granules, pastes and liquids, with recipe storage and automatic correction from the checkweigher.
Form-fill-seal machines
Vertical and horizontal baggers running laminate, paper and compostable film, with servo jaw control and quick-change formers.
Sealing machines
Continuous band sealers, induction cap sealers, tray sealers and vacuum chamber units with temperature held closely enough for thin barrier film.
Labellers
Wrap-around, top-and-bottom and front-and-back applicators with print-and-apply heads and vision verification of the applied code.
Shrink wrappers
Sleeve wrappers and shrink tunnels for bundles and trays, with zoned tunnel heating and recirculation to keep film shrink even.
Vacuum packers
Chamber and thermoforming vacuum machines for food and medical packs, with gas flushing and seal integrity testing.
Palletizers
Layer and robotic palletizers with pattern software, slip-sheet insertion and integrated stretch wrapping.
Strapping units
Semi-automatic and inline strapping heads for PP and PET strap, with tension control and strap-end detection.
Complete packaging lines
Integrated lines from infeed to palletiser under one control system, one HMI and one set of recipes, commissioned by our own engineers.
